Elementary Students donated at least a total of 1,000 items to the Lord's Cupboard. High School Girls Basketball Players and 4th Grade Students filled a suburban leaving only enough room for the driver. Kindergarten won the contest as the grade who donated the most items. Mrs. Ray's 4th Grade class won for the class that brought the most items! They were able to bring 125 items all by themselves! We were trying to keep a count of the items brought in but many more were brought in than were accounted for during our 3 weeks of collection.
We had many adults and students that helped with the project: Marla Wilfawn, Kim Stephenson, Philip Brown, basketball girls: Brett Lough, Briley Lough, Hannah Schooley, Bella Tranquilno and Ashlyn Gooden, and 4th grade students: Gabby Prevo, Hayleigh Wissink, Braxton Bragg, Porter Moore, Quinley Hollenbeck, Cole Greiner and Macie Campbell! Thanks so much to all of them for their help and support!
Our hope was to spread some good will to our community while being grateful for what the community does for us!
